I think they missed the chance to promote Wave as a platform or
collaboration tool for businesses. The architecture supported plugins
so you could easily use it as a platform for note taking, meetings,
todo lists, messaging, document reviews, code reviews... and lots of
workflow features could be automated with software agents.

Maybe someone will still do all that with the open sourced version?
