Precisely Michael.

I have a licensed copy of XP which I use in the VM. It's the Vista Licence
which came with the laptop that I can't get a refund for. I'm not too
bothered because I can use that licence for a further VM which will come in
useful for some testing if I need to do any... Just for the record I don't
run any unlicensed software, ever. As a police officer it would be a tad
hypocritical I think.

As for what will use the webcam, the two applications I use are Cheese and
Skype. I understand that it isn't going to be too long before empathy will
be able to handle most webcams too, when that happens I'll be dropping
Skype.
