[Nottingham] Adding repository

[Aritra Dalal]

I had a proxy problem the other day, apparently they've changed some
settings.

My settings were: http://wwwcache.nottingham.ac.uk/proxyall.pac
The new settings are: http://wwwcache.nottingham.ac.uk/proxy.pac

What i don't understand is why you have cache3.nottingham.ac.uk as your
proxy :S
