[Nottingham] Mobile phone unlocking

I've moved my number around a fair amount, and there is a weird little
changeover time but generally pretty good.
Unlocking is pretty simple also, normally you just need a sim the phone
won't accept and a code to unlock it.
The sim is needed to force the prompt for unlock code.
