I had many e-mail exchanges with Dell over that.  Dell still ships
several models with Ubuntu in the US that are not available in Europe.
Dell in the UK ships only one laptop with Ubuntu at this time.

I bought one of the last Mini 10v netbooks that Dell shipped with Ubuntu
last year.  It's fairly minimal spec. with only 8GiB SSD, but for £199 I
feel I have a good deal.  I'd find it a struggle to have only 2 GiB
though.  Might have to downgrade to Puppy!

Novatech is OK but basic - and they will not test with Linux.  ElpaTech
supplies PC's with Ubuntu pre-installed.  pcspecialist is better quality
than Novatech and more helpful, but again will not test with Linux.
