As David says, the URL is incomplete.  A bit of digging found me this
http://www.free-scan-nerd-efe-cne.com  Is that the one you meant?

Testing in a virtual machine, Firefox 4.0 detects that as a known attack
site.  Seems the site is now off-line, I can't connect to it.
