It's not just you, those 404 for me as well and looking on the site
shows the debs to be missing.  My guess is your synaptic is out of whack
and the link is to a previous version, reload the repos and see if that
clears it.  The URI should be
http://security.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/o/openjdk-6/openjdk-6-jre-lib_6b20-1.9.8-0ubuntu1~10.04.1_all.deb
