[Nottingham] Parcelforce

Indeed, it was screen readers I was advocating for.
Seems that despite legislation, access to technology for the disabled is
pretty low priority for a lot of people.
That said (and like Martin said), it's up to the users who are disadvantaged
by AJAX sites that don't degrade well to complain.
