[Nottingham] Backups: How do you do yours?

I've been looking around and have found a utility called "Back in Time"
which seems to be based on rsnapshot. So far it seems good, it takes a
baseline backup and then takes incrementals from that point so once the
initial backup is done there is a much smaller overhead on network traffic
and disk space. Although I was very tempted to write a script of my own, or
indeed borrow one from somewhere else, this seems more appropriate because
there will be people who need to use the software who are exclusively users
of Windows systems so the GUI will be welcomed by them.

Anybody else tried this? I'd be interested to hear from anybody who looks at
it for their opinion.
