This isn't likely to suit everybody, but I use the vim openssl plugin
( http://www.vim.org/scripts/script.php?script_id=2012 ) to encrypt a
text file with passwords in. I generate passwords using the online WPA
password generator at http://www.kurtm.net/wpa-pskgen/ - this
generates a random password using javascript local to your computer so
there is no chance anybody can eavesdrop on it, unlike the
implementation offered by Steve Gibson.
