That is fine if that is /only/ what ANR was being used for...

There's also other ways available for chasing tax/MOT/insurance that
doesn't need ANR tracking /everyone/ /always/ ...

As with the crude example of "The State" using a hammer to make
/everyone/ behave like nails...

That's good and highly efficient of the school.

So that /should/ be a case of "pupil not in class so contact parents".
That doesn't need the intimate surveillance of /everyone/ ... And
especially not available to be accessed by all "education staff" ...


What celeb was it that was admitted to a Liverpool hospital A&E to then
have a *few hundred* accesses to their medical files recorded that day?...

All in the UK...
