[Nottingham] A note to gmail users (and others)

Wasn't there some plan or other a few years back to have email servers do a
bit of authentication and validation before sending email? All to try and
cut spam.

Oh, and >60% of web traffic is now bots apparently. Things are getting
deeply silly.
