[Nottingham] Email server hosting?

Folks,

Before I go on a merry odyssey around the cyber caves:

Anyone have, or got any recommendations for, a minimal cost internet
connected fixed-IP virtual server (or low cost real server) to host
email on an IP address that can be locked down with SPF+DKIM?

(VirginMedia have got certain of their email servers blacklisted
again... :-( )

(And no... Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, etal are not an option!)
