[Nottingham] How to create a UEFI bootable USB stick?

Minor victory. All the *buntu 64bit images can be booted from UEFI. So I
just dropped Xubuntu over and it seems to be OK.
Downside is that means only one distro per USB, can't do the multiboot
goodness.
A shame, but at least this works.
