Of course, if doing work which is colour sensitive, you're out of luck.
Although you've probably had you monitor colour corrected and that
/might/ reduce the blue tinge a bit I guess.

There's some apps for Android as well, but I never found a good one.
Some browsers (e.g. Dolphin) have a "night mode" which is handy.
I don't think Firefox does, it just eats all your RAM and then crashes. :-S
