Hmm...could maybe use one to try and build a working disc.
I have one that works in a VM but barfs on the metal.

This hardware originally had XP on it and had no issues with USB.

Naw, haven't considered doing BIOS as the mo'; this is to get the card
reader updated.
Guess is might just be easier to rip out and dump in another machine for
a bit.
