I've just pulled that down and gotten a 42.1MB file. I assume it to be
correct (can't find the hash to compare to):
c8b61882325701bf551d658e906fe1fc
firefox_42.0+build2-0ubuntu0.15.04.1_i386.deb

If you want, I can push it to somewhere for you via rsync or something.
