[Nottingham] Petition: Repeal the new Surveillance laws (Investigatory Powers Act)

In case you don't know, the Petitions Committee has refused to debate the petition.
This bill that got enforced relatively easy despite all the opposition paves a way for other countries. Something similar is now debated in Germany.
