If you're going to be using a VM on Window and then on OS X, syncing
things will be interesting. Using VBox's teleport is one possibility,
having the host sync the disc image is another (but hardware differences
can still impact the guest if you're unlucky).
Organising the guest could be an interesting design session (aka bicycle
shedding :-))
