In that case you might be interested in the Altera DE0-Nano-SoC
Kit/Atlas-SoC Kit. It's an Altera FPGA with a hard ARM processor on
chip. Runs Linux, but has FPGA capabilities. No display output, but it
does have arduino compatible headers.
