Note how the present monopoly of 'recognized' 'regulators' appear to be
far from 'unbiased in their funding and interests'...


To my mind: We are a long way away from "natural justice" and instead
suffer too heavy a bias favoring those who can afford to [threaten to]
employ lawyers to argue at everyone else's expense.

If anything, we need to employ regulations that remove the arguments and
lawyer costs [and the coercion by threat of the legal _costs_ ] by
firstly establishing and protecting The Truth, just as the press are
intended to uphold.

(Qualified exceptions made for the comics and the gossip sillies...)
