[Nottingham] Containers

Thanks. Just looking into Containers and had docker doing Swarms etc pretty quickly. Also got a bit of CI/CD going with Jenkins.

Rocket is proving....less compliant in the "How easy is 'HelloWorld'?" department and seems to be a RedHat-only thing.

I'm leaning towards Docker, but I need to justify it.
