[Nottingham] unable to set microphone volume

Hi folks,

Fixed it by enabling mic in alsamixer. Then took part in UKwide 
gatherings  of Baha'is and friends with no problems. Not sure if world 
wide gathering of Baha'i 'youth of 70s' will still appreciate hearing me 
on Saturday!
