[Phpwm] Broadband provider

I'd be interested to hear from anybody who has used Be's ADSL2+ service.
I couldn't seem to get much technical information from their sales staff
but I've heared no specific complaints.

Blueyonder from telewest is now 10meg for 35 quid a month with a
download speed of around 1meg a second and an upload speed of around
38-40 kbs it's well worth thinking about.
