Ah, ok.
Does the cron.php file (That you attached in the other subthread) live
in the web root?
If you access cron.php via a web browser do you get email being sent?
Some applications rely on e..g wget -O - http://server/somewhere/cron.php
behaviour to do scheduled tasks under php.
