[Phpwm] Stepping down as admin

Hi all,

As some of you will be aware, I am leaving OpenAdvantage to work at
Canonical as the Ubuntu Community Manager. This is going to be a
demanding role and I won't have much time to maintain some of my other
interests, as such I am stepping down as admin for PHPWM. The new
admins will be Kat and Dave and I am positive they will do an awesome
job.

I am really proud of PHPWM and what we have achieved and we have over
10 members present on the list. Its great that there is a thriving PHP
community in the West Midlands. I look forward to seeing it continue
to grow.

I will still be on the list, and I hope to meet up with some of you
for a pint soon.
