Hello to you all,

I don't want to get involved in an e-mail argument but I favour David's 
original suggestion that the proposed wiki should not be open to 
anonymous edits/updates.

Also, I may have misunderstood David Morley's suggestion but I don't 
think we should duplicate information which is available from sites such 
as php.net.
