[Phpwm] November Meeting

Dear all,

Can I suggest a social meeting for November.  Mid-week, mid(ish)-month again.

Some of us thought a nice evening in a quiet pub with good food would be
a good plan.  Somewhere around the centre of the midlands, but out of
town.

Any suggestions?  Last time we did (I think it was) the Swan outside
worcester, and the atmosphere was brilliant for conversation, so I think
that could work well.

Plucking a date out of the air, I would suggest Tuesday 21 November.
