[Phpwm] Fnuction to calculate a formula

Thanks for the advice.
I had a brain wave on the way home, its amazing what you think of whilst 
driving.
What about using a system call like:

php -r "echo 2+2;"

Then fetch the result of the system call.
So long as the formula doesn't break any PHP rules, it seems to work.
