[Phpwm] Trac alternatives?

Like Darren, Trac is a closed box to me.  I looked at a few others  
about 2 years ago and settled on Mantis (http://mantisbt.org/), which  
is written in PHP.  It's served our purposes well, but I think it may  
lack a few of the features of Trac.
