[Phpwm] Redditch and Bromsgrove LUG

Hi,

Incase anyone's interested, we've created a LUG for Redditch, Bromsgrove 
and surrounding area(s).
As there is already a South Birmingham LUG which is mostly technical, 
we're aiming to be a more social sort of group. If anyone's interested,
