Although GreyListing helps, it's not a cure all, and is certainly 
becoming less effective over time.

I've had to put effort into blacklists and spamassassin lately...
( e.g. http://www.codepoets.co.uk/spamassassin_image_spam_fuzzyocr )

I suspect I'll need to look at something like policyd sooner or later.
