Hhmm it seems the bulkiness of the ZF has been greatly exaggerated to
me, or perhaps the person using it was still on dialup ;-)

I presume that if it uses a include path it's possible to use one
instance on the Zend Framework for multiple sites on the same server?

How often is it suggested that you upgrade the Framework? Can this be
done by SVN or are you recommended to unzip the newer version of the
Framework ontop of the old one?
