[Phpwm] Do we really need another open source licence?

My own very first thought!

Though suppose there could be some differences in UK / EU legistlation that
possibly may need addressing since most of the open source licenses have an
American flavour to them.

I have two sorts of licensing when I write something -
'do-what-you-want-with-it-I-dont-care-ware' and
'pay-me-something-or-I-get-shouty-ware' :-)
