[Phpwm] Ajax framework

I use the Pear HTML-AJAX class which is good but still fairly beta so there
isn't much in the way of documentation.

I've yet to find a PHP wrapper for AJAX that i've really got on with so
I tend to just include a copy of prototype when I need to use it.
