[Phpwm] Who owns your code?

Most of my sites are driven by various flavours of my in-house Coeus CMS, so
as far as I'm concerned that never passes into a customers ownership, and
the customer is informed of that. The data / text / images in the database
is theirs, as is the public side of the site that was designed specifically
for them.
