[Phpwm] Interviews & technical competency

Following on from the recent topics of recruitment we are over the coming
weeks going to be inviting a few people in for interviews and one of the
headaches I have had in the past is how best to gauge technical competence
as part of the interview process. 

Does anyone know of or have access to any type of questions / informal test
which I may help as I would much prefer to take my Daughter to the Zoo
rather than coming up with a test
