[Phpwm] Interested in joining the group

You forgot providing copious food at technical meetings - PSL have set  
a standard and I feel we should maintain it ;-)

Welcome Gav. We shall ask you questions, 3 questions. Once you have  
correctly answered them you shall be elevated to "PHP Wizard" and  
allowed to join the group.
