Hi Ian,
If you are looking to get a customer to use it my experience is they simply
won't actually bother!
My sites are simply automated in that there is a cron job which parses the
database every day/week/month and generates a latest products list, based
upon whatever the site owner has recently added, then formats the data and
mails it out to subscribers based upon their frequency preference.
