[Phpwm] OT - PHP Contract roles in Walsall

Hi all,
I have some sympathy with Will - and he sounds quite contrite!

However the problem if we allow all consultants to make postings is we
may end up wading through a lot of OT job postings when the site is - at
least in my mind - about the PHP community providing mutual support in
using the technology. I know I would get very frustrated if I had to
delete 20 'junk' job postings for every one 'relevant' topic.

So I would prefer to exclude job postings.

However - maybe I am being selfish because I don't happen to be in the
job market - and in the past my business has posted our interest in
recruiting someone. To some other members the job offers/requests
aspect of the list may be very important. Is there a case for setting up
a parallel Phpwm_jobs list? Although a quick google of 'PHP Developer
West Midlands' produces pages of results.

It sounds like there are mixed opinions as to whether I should post jobs on here. If people don't want me to post then just let me know and I'll stop; I'm not in the business of annoying/offending people (despite common conceptions of my line of work)! In my defence, I only post jobs that are directly relevant to this group, I don't do it very often, and I don't use this group as a way to find people who are looking to hire PHP developers and hassling them for their business!
