[Phpwm] Good PHP job boards for mids

Hi all,

I'm looking for some ideas on places where PHP devs might look for  
jobs. There are some nice job boards around, but they all seem to be  
London or California and I don't live there...

Hoping to take on a mid-weight dev and am not sure where to start!  
Working on self-initiated projects like http://www.soopsee.com and http://www.artflock.com 
  but also working on direct client stuff.

so links to job boards you look at or other forums etc you visit would  
be much appreciated.
