Perhaps a commission payment back to PHPWM if the position is filled as a direct result of the posting? If I remember correctly Computer Futures charge 25% of the first year salary or £5k, whichever is the greater..!?

We have spoken before in the past but have 2 new local-to- member roles that might be of interest to people. Details below. Can I post?

I seek a Senior PHP MySQL HTML CSS Javascript Develope rfor a global outfit who are looking to double the size of their Development team. After a recent new CEO the organisation given new resources in terms of headcount and technology. Your first project will be very large and complex greenfield system that the database schemas have been drawn up but they offer the rest of the design to yourself. You will have at least 2 years PHP MySQL experience to version 5 and in a true OO manner so Inheritance and Polymorphism will be a given. HTML, CSS and Javacript will also be a given. Any experience of other databases such as SQL Server and Oracle will also be nice as the projects will be data handling/ crunching. 

This is a client facing role so you must be able hold a business conversation with some tricky customers. This is a stable organisation that expect to add another 8-10 Developers to the team in the medium to long term. Location Redditch Salary to £32,000 plus benefits

We seek a PHP 5 upwards, MySQL , XML, SOAP, Javascript HTML web developer for a dramatically growing Web company who have recently moved to accomodate its growth. This is an award winning organisation who have championed their industry with innovative products. Technically they seek a background in PHP 5 and years before hand in Windows Server and Linux. Any experience of C++ would also be of benefit. It is vital that you have experience of building communication layers with XML or SOAP as well as competency with a web mark up language and client scripting. The culture is very much based on a work hard play hard ethic. Casual dress but hard working. You will need to be extremely self motivated and disciplined. 

You will also need to show charisma and drive to succeed in a charismatic entrepreneurial enterprise. 
Location Bromsgrove - Salary to £28,000
