[Phpwm] Redditch based PHP 5 role

I second Tim's statement, (Senitor Associates also charge a similar 5k
'finders fee').. the fee could go towards phpwm meetings, resources & beers
lol etc.. Although I've still not gone to a meeting yet - I need to stop
being a wuss lol :-)
5k.. that would buy a lot of beer :-)
