Pop11 gets used for the AI courses and I think there are some emmbedded 
languages being used for the Rototics course. I'm not aware of anybody 
teaching PHP here, though I wouldn't be averse to supervising a project 
that used it. I'm not aware of a rule that says your can't use PHP, you 
just have to find somebody who is capable and will to supervise such a 
project.
