if you think cross browser issues on a pc are bad, wait till you start
developing for mobile. Its not a case of firefox, chrome or ie.
http://wurfl.sourceforge.net/ has a 16mb xml file noting all the features
available to each device (html, css, js etc support)...

something like http://www.webdevout.net/browser-support-css for mobiles
