[Phpwm] Online test plan thing

Mike -  I'm reading your message as: you can't automate the tests in eg Selenium, so have an army of minions somewhere who do them manually.

I've no suggestions unfortunately. I am curious as to what you're testing....

Would some sort of task list not suffice?
