it's because the guy fixed it in pixels. The more accessible way is, =
AFAIK, using percent values (roughly 11px =3D 70%).

follow its links, there are a lot of good resources (sorry, the fonts are =
almost alwasy as tiny as that) almost all coming from the old AListApart =
group (www.alistapart.com or .org, i can't remember now).
