[Preston] question

hi all, wondered if anyone has any advice for me.
i am on suse 10.0 and plan to swap my motherboard.
i had a bad experience recently when i swapped my hard drives around. i got
an error with the fstab file and it never let me back in.

this time i dont wanna have to reinstall so is there anything i should know
before changing the motherboard?
