[Preston] streaming audio and video

Hi everyone. I have a project to put together a guide for streaming 
audio and video utilising Open Source Software. I have found quite a lot 
of information on the net but would be interested if anyone in the group 
has any personal experience in this area or if anyone would be 
interested in my doing a presentation of my findings at one of the User 
Group meetings.
