My personal preference (so far) would be the Hop Pole in Bromsgrove; as 
wireless + smoke free + beer are good selling points....

Please suggest alternative(s) if you know of somewhere else in 
Redditch/Bromsgrove/surrounding area.

Plone's quite nice, at least from a users PoV - it's editor and support 
for workflows (e.g. content can't be published until it's been approved 
etc) are very good. Unfortunately there aren't many Plone developers 
around (that I'm aware of) (requires: Python, Zope, CSS, (x)HTML and 
perhaps Javascript... I guess).
